Join sisters Rachel & Sarah for a Full moon meditation and set your intentions for the skies.


  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in
  • Water to drink
  • A free space to move around in
  • A canvas or piece of paper and any tool you would like to draw or paint with. I will be using a paint brush and paper
  • Choose one or two colours that reflect your feelings the day of the event
  • Yoga mat or towel, or anything you are comfortable to sit and lie on
  • A pillow or favorite stuffed animal
